All valuations, for insurance, probate and open market purposes, are carried out on our own premises by Nicholas Payne. Nicholas has over thirty years experience in the jewellery industry having trained in London and Switzerland before joining the family business. He is a fellow of The Gemmological Association of Great Britain and a member of The Institute of Registered Valuers.

In the event that the worst happens your valuation ensures that you have a detailed and accurate description including a photograph and current value of each item of jewellery you own. Without such information any insurance claim could become complex, time consuming and unlikely to yield the settlement you desire.

We carry out repairs, however small or large, to jewellery, silverware, clocks and watches. We carefully select the best craftsmen for each repair, craftsmen who can meet our own exacting standards, which is probably why we have been entrusted to repair civic regalia for Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch Borough Councils.
